Since helping a student leave a life surrounded by drugs and gang violence to pursue higher education through his love of music in 2010, my support of others and their lifelong learning has been my passion. After a nearly a decade of this work, I switched gears and have combined this passion for helping others by using my talents in business recruiting, coaching and consulting. My current role as Team Leader of Keller Williams Lakeside and Business Coach with MAPS (Mega Agent Productivity Systems) Coaching allows me to connect and work with a variety of folks to help them develop, grow and thrive both personally and professionally. Before these roles I served as an academic adviser at Oakland University to support a caseload of students in all areas of their collegiate career path such as co-curricular involvement, academics, and experiential learning. Research on alternative breaks and service learning outcomes, as well as faculty life tenure process, allowed me to better collaborate with faculty and create opportunities for student growth, academic success, and leadership development. ​ In all of these experiences, I have learned one constant..and that is effective leadership is grounded in a common goal, communicated effectively to those involved in the process. This is why I founded Forward Focused, Inc. in 2018 to do what I do best and serve with integrity, and am driven by my Core Values of Responsibility, Authenticity, Results, and Communication.
